Market Analysis & Preparation

Your agent will tour your home and give insights on what will help your sale. The agent will discuss the process and develop initial marketing strategies. 

Listing Preparation & Staging

Once we walk through your home we will schedule a listing appointment. During this time, we discuss the value of your home, review documents, and enter into a contract. After all marketing materials are collected, photos will take place to get prepared for the official listing date.

Market & Showings

It's time! Your home will be listed on TEAM Real Estate Group's website and made visible to potential buyers across various platforms. Persistent exposure of your home is spread across all marketing platforms. Your agent will work with you to schedule open houses and showings as buyers roll in.

Offers & Negotiations

Contract & Paperwork

Buyers may request a home inspection and may make repair requests to ensure the home's safety. After the inspection, the buyer's loan is underwritten until an appraisal is performed. After the buyer finishes the loan requirements, the home is clear to close.
